The Wrong Side:

I think I got up on the wrong side of the week. It really is not shaping up to be that great of one. I woke up this morning and could not find my alarm clock! I fumbled around for probably 2 minutes looking for it. This alarm awoke me from the little sleep that I did get. blah.

The next offense was that I could not find my keys, anywhere! ARGH! I could not for the life of me figure where I could have put them. I used them last night to get in. I’m not entirely sure what my thinking was, but 10 minutes after I started my search, I found my keys in my coat pocket.

So I wander over to breakfast, but started losing my appetite. I think that I lost it even more of it after I burnt both my pieces of toast. Can anything go right today?

However, I do have an optimistic look at where the week could go. I still do have Jesus. As long as I have Jesus, I’ll be alright. Another bonus is that I still do have a girlfriend. That is definitely a comfort in times like these.

My mood has improved right now. We’re doing a mock wedding in Pastoral Ministry: Joy and Dan. Let us just say that it has been a bit ridiculous: considering that they are both odd people and Dan is standing up from in a t-shirt, pajama pants and SPAM flip flops...
