Delayed Reaction:

Hey everyone... and by everyone I mean the vast number of the 3 of you who read this blog... sorry for the delay in blogging, I had been out of town seeing the old roommate and his wife. That's right, I went to see Brent and Joy... and it was good. I needed to take that break after busting tail super hard on the Barn Bash and everything else that began that week.

The visit was grand and it so such a blessing to me to see the transforming work that God has done in the life of Brent. There are so many stories that I could tell, but to do so would almost break confidence.

We hung out, I got to do ministry with him on Wednesday night and see just how God is using him, played video games, tinkered with computers, and played 3 games of Risk.

It was really sad to have to leave because of the friend that I have in him. It's weird, but it feels like a friendship on such a deeper level, almost like a Jonathan/David friendship... cept I won't greet him with a kiss.
