Death to Morning People:

Do any of you remember the cartoon “Daria”? For those of you who don’t, “Daria” was a cartoon about a high school girl who had a bluntly negative attitude about everything. Today.... today is a “Daria” day for me.

First off, I’d just like to say that I hate mornings. Not every morning is bad, but it seems that this morning is especially terrible. It all started with waking up.... everything else went downhill from there. Next, I found out that I had misspelled Pastor John’s last name when I printed it out last night. This meant that I had to start my computer early and print it out the the last staple in this area. Then is only got worse....breakfast.

Let me make a disclaimer...the only things good that happened at breakfast this morning was the people I sat with and the waffles that I ate. Immediately after I retrieved my waffles from the toaster, the first offender started up on me. “How bout a smile Damien.... it’s for the people”. I may be president, but I wish that I had a secret service agent to take him out! I almost lost my salvation thinking about how aggravated that made me. Thankfully, I was sitting with people of the same outlook on overly cheery morning people

Maybe it doesn’t sound all that bad to you, but guess what, I don’t care what you think right now because it’s morning and it sucks!
